For greasy delish drive in food go here. Gyros were on point. Onion rings crispy, chili cheese fries were ok a little soggy, pizza puff better than a hot pocket. Chili cheese dog yum, Chicago dog ok...I didn't eat all this myself but it was pretty good. Maybe next time I'll get a shake everyone else at the place had one.

I miss this place... I use to go here while I was in "A" and "C" school way back in 91 -93... I still remember their burger and fries... I will go back one day and enjoy that heart attack waiting to happen... and there shakes too... wow... even their Hot Dogs... why cant we have a place like that here in California!!!

This is a great place, though the foods are very basic. Your typical unhealthy greasy foods, nothing very surprising here. The food is good, the people are friendly, and it can get pretty busy there.

This is the place to go if you really have no clue what you want to eat, cause they literally have it all. I got a gyro and it was the best one that I have had a long time. I also got a chocolate malt with it and it was really good as well. The wife got a chili cheese dog and said the chili was a little offish. Other than that it was a great place with a lot of menu options and the selection on soft serve and slushies it really is a great place to just go to get some good food for a great price. Customer service was great and they had my food out in a jiffy.

Good place. While it's called "drive-in" they have no car-hops. That's OK though, since there's inside seating. My daughter lives at Great Lakes NTS (which is right next to here), so we hit the place two or three times over my two-week visit. You can't go wrong for two Chicago-style dogs, fries and a soda for around $5. Their prices are low, their food is good, their service is fast. What more can you ask for in a restaurant of this type? It'll be a regular stop when I'm in the area.

When I ordered my food, the lady asked if I had a punch card? I told her that I wasn't from around here. She said, lucky you! Run for the hills, Paw. I had the #3, Double cheese burger with grilled onions. When I got it the O's were raw, which was fine. But, why did she bother to ask? It was pretty good though. The fries were great. Thick crinkle cut and cooked just right. I wanted to get the gyros, but that's all I ever get, and I'm sure your sick of hearing about em. The guy next to me must have thought I was a knob because I kept starring at his. Rude! They have a large menu and lots of ice cream, shakes and squishies.

I had the gyro sandwich meal that came with tzaziki on the side. Absolutely delicious. They had ice cream cones on the menu and my coworkers were raving in how delicious it was. I highly recommend this fit an affordable, quick and tasty bite.

Well, it looks like it should be great. It was okay. The dogs had no snap, and not much flavor, other than the pile of toppings. I liked the "feel" of the place, but other than the above average Chocolate Shake, it just didn't deliver.

I had a good experience here when I went two weeks ago. I ordered the gyro sandwich and it was really delicious. On,y giving three stars because the place does need cleaned up and painted.

Pretty standard hot dog stand kind of place...basically the same from a nutritional standpoint as the myriad fast food places that surround it on this stretch of Green Bay , in pretty close proximity to the Navy base and housing. It's good if you want something different than Arby's or McDonald's, but, like most places of its ilk, the experience is gonna fall somewhere in between "food truck" and "greasy spoon diner." Pros: -Fries were hot, crinkle cut, crisp, and salty. It's hard to screw up fries, but if you serve them to me and they're not soggy and don't taste like freezer, I'm good. -Split and grilled Polish was served reasonably quickly on a decent bun, and the nice lady provided me with pickles and grilled onions to order. -Pleasant service. Cons: -The broken pane on the front door being covered over with plywood? Not especially inviting. And not even new plywood, like it just happened. Either fix your glass, or if you can't keep a glass door in the neighborhood, replace the door altogether. -I'm no priss, but the place as a whole could a stand a thorough scrubbing. Not a bad place to stop for average street meat if you are all fast fooded out in the area and pretty low maintenance.

I've tried them a couple times and liked the food. Decent NOT GREAT. Last time I tried them I ordered an Italian Beef. I ended up throwing it out. It was very tough, hardly any meat all fat and gristle. Not appetizing at all. I will not be ordering an Italian Beef from there ever again.

Great place for burgers, gyros, hot dogs, malts, and more! One of the only places around that offers Chicken Tenders for a kids meal (instead of nuggets). The place is pretty clean, and the service is very friendly and welcoming. We keep coming back for more!

Whomever owns Five Points really likes the color yellow and very bland fast food. And I mean, they really love yellow. Did I mention the stunningly-average fast food? It's a run-of-the-mill American fast food joint that serves your Chicago Dogs, Burgers, Italian Beefs, etc. They don't make any of these items particularly well. They also kind of stiff you on the fries, like Bobby Brown shares snow at a 3am party. However, it is a good alternative to the fast food chain heaven that this section of Green Bay Road. So stop in, if you want, but keep your expectations low.

First time eating here. Saw the sign for gyros, so thought I would try. The gyro was pretty good. Also, get fries, Cole slaw, and a drink with a meal. Fries were so-so along with the slaw. They have a TV so you can get your sports fix while eating. I would definitely. One back for another gyro and try some of the other food.

My cousin took me here for some food to recharge after an insane road trip, too much Phish and a big fight with my BFF and travel buddy. It was just what I needed! I usually eat pretty healthy, but screw it. Comfort food can nurse your soul, so I think that's pretty healthy! I was so hungry I ordered a gyro and a Chicago dog, fries, and a soda! I ate it all too. The gyro had a bit too much meat so I had to throw some out to make it tolerable. It was a bit too dry also. I loved the dog though. I wish I would have had 2 of them instead! I am now on a mission to find the best Chicago Dog here in Denver because I absolutely loved it. 5 Points popped my CD cherry and I'll never be the same.

I tried the polish dog, and it was JUST ok. My husband had a grilled chicken Pita sandwich which was good but the French fries were bland and tasted like the cheap frozen fries.

Though this little Chicago Dog eatery is not located in the best of neighborhoods, it is one of the places that serves decent food. Agreed, not the healthiest grub, but the hot dogs are decent and the food is relatively cheap. Ironically, one of the best things I have ever had there is the Caesar salad complete with homemade croutons and dressing. The place is family run and they are nice and inviting.

Bottom Line: ... more like "North Chicago" style. Normally I'm the first to shit-talk the suburbs. They're cookie cutter, white bread, soccer mom, carpool, mini-van communities of personal surrender... however, you can get some high quality eats out where "fun comes to die." The burbs are home to Portillo's, Lou Malnati's, and one of my favorite German restaurants in the area, Edelweiss. Suburb people may not know that velcro shoes are "out," but they sure as hell know good restaurants when they see them. Because of my positive interactions with suburban dining in the past, I have rather high expectations, even for improperly labeled "Drive Ins." (there's just a parking lot surrounding it, no roller skating co-eds or squalk boxes). Anyway, I recently stopped by 5 points where it advertises "Chicago style food." Good start. I like Chicago's style, and I like food. The place is a little hut that looks a little like Maxwell Street Hot Dogs in the near south loop. Another positive. The place serves Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches with either sweet or hot peppers, gyros, broiled chicken sandwiches, red hots, polish boys, brats, malts, and soft serve. Boomski, I'm interested. I ordered the Italian beef and a chocolate malt. This is where the wheels fall off. The beef was not seasoned AT ALL. it was like taking Oscar Meier lunchmeat and throwing it on a stale bun, nasty. The peppers were in a little plastic cup and were not spicy at all. The malt was runny/not thick. Most people would describe the experience as "average," however, when you advertise "Chicago style" to me... you better deliver or suffer a less than complimentary Yelp review!

5 points is your typical Chicago dog joint with gyros, beefs, pizza puffs and the like. Most of their food is on the average side. I gave them an extra star because they have slushes and their kids meals come with ice cream.

I had an italian beef from 5 points that was simply amazing. It was perfectly seasoned and bountiful! I was asked if I wanted it "Wet" or "Dry" (To me a sign that somebody understands Italian Beefs") Naturally, ordered it "wet" and received it just like I like it...drenched!! Add some giardieniera peppers, and Iwas a happy camper! One thing that I was happy about, was the sandwich was piping hot! It wasn't taking a warm bath somewhere and lukewarm juice. It was piping hot! This was my first time here, and I can tell that everyone's on the same page.... from the cashier asking me if I had a frequent visitor card to the owner asking if everything was "ok"... I actually felt they were happy to see me! Give 'em a shot when you're by the Great Lakes Naval Base! I did!

great local place. they have daily deals. if you're a regular, make sure to get your free food card. they have a card for the salads too. also if you sign up on their website, you get more awesome deals. love the hamburgers there, just like homemade. the salads are awesome too, they are huge.

i regularly pay $7 for a salad here. i am a card carrying salad buyer. yes, it is hard to believe, me, mrs. two-dollar-taco-hunter would regularly peel off that kind of cash, but the salads are really dang good. you can't find a cheesy beef or a soul-grounding strawberry shake like this anywhere else in waukegan. let me reiterate, a good properly dipped beef with mozz and sweet peppers will improve your quality of life for at least 6 hours. highly recommended. the above par french fries appear to be well documented in previous reviews. even some heathen from philidelphia or akron can recognize a stand-up fry when it's in their mouth!

Well it is across the street from the Great Lakes PX so no guarantees, also it is not a drive-in. I personally find it funny when a place has a separate listing for anything listed as "Maxwell Street" as I have lived in the CHI area for 20 years and I still dont get it, well except that I will never order anything listed as "Maxwell." A typical CHI dive which include food items such as dogs, burgers, fried chicken, fries and shakes. Not the best quality, not the best area, and not the best prices.
